This granola is absolutely delicious & tastes like fall in every bite!

Apple Pie Granola [Paleo, Vegan, Grain-Free, One Bowl]

It requires a few ingredients & is sweetened with only apple sauce & a couple tablespoons of pure maple syrup (keto option available)! I love having it over yogurt, with some fresh almond milk or topped on a smoothie! So many ways to get creative!

Apple Pie Granola [Paleo, Vegan, Grain-Free, One Bowl]

Apple Pie Granola [Paleo, Vegan, Grain-Free, One Bowl]

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup Ground flaxseeds
  • 2 cups almonds, slivered or sliced
  • 1 cup pecans, broken into pieces
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil, softened
  • 4 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup Or sub golden Lakanto for lower sugar

Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl & pour over a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
  2. Bake at 215 degrees F for 30 minutes. Then mix & stir & press again. Bake another 40 minutes, then turn off & open the oven door & to let cool completely (this makes it crunchy)!
  3. Store in mason jars or air sealed containers & enjoy!
