I realllllly hope you guys aren’t getting tired of all the pumpkin recipes I have been posting lately but fall is truly my favourite time of year. All the spices & flavours just light me up & make me feel so cozy, & I just love it!
This recipe can be as basic or complex as you would like. I love making it with collagen, maybe some reishi (a calming mushroom), ashwagandha (calming adaptogen)- there are lots of possibilities!
You can easily sweeten this with maple syrup or honey. You could also use stevia or monk fruit for a lower sugar option! You guys know my favourite zero-calorie sweetener is Lakanto, as I am always posting about it & using it in my recipes! You can find that here (US) or here (Canada)!
