I realllllly hope you guys aren’t getting tired of all the pumpkin recipes I have been posting lately but fall is truly my favourite time of year. All the spices & flavours just light me up & make me feel so cozy, & I just love it!
This recipe can be as basic or complex as you would like. I love making it with collagen, maybe some reishi (a calming mushroom), ashwagandha (calming adaptogen)- there are lots of possibilities!

You can easily sweeten this with maple syrup or honey. You could also use stevia or monk fruit for a lower sugar option! You guys know my favourite zero-calorie sweetener is Lakanto, as I am always posting about it & using it in my recipes! You can find that here (US) or here (Canada)!

- 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened cashew)
- 1 cup water
- 2 heaping tbsp dark chocolate I used stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips (I recommend Enjoy Life if you are vegan)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- Pinch of Pink Salt *optional
- Sweetener of choice to taste (Lakanto golden, Lakanto maple syrup, stevia, maple syrup, honey)
- 2 tbsp collagen peptides *optional
- 1-2 tsp coconut butter (manna) *optional
- Adaptogens, muschrooms, etc. of choice *optional

- In a medium saucepan, over low heat, warm the milk & water. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate chips until slightly melted & transfer the mix to a blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients you are using (except the collagen) & blend on high for 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth & creamy. Add the collagen last (if using) & gently pulse to combine.
- Serve warm in your favourite mug & enjoy!
